By accessing or using UptimeWatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UptimeWatch is a website uptime monitoring service that checks the availability and response time of URLs provided by users and sends alert notifications when a monitored URL becomes unavailable.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor URLs that you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overload third-party servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

UptimeWatch offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime of the Service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime or monitoring inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of Liability

UptimeWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall UptimeWatch be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
